Who are these ChristmasMoon people anyway? We are a small family business. Our dream was to create a website where we could give visitors Holiday magic and sell quality products to help them create their own Holiday magic. We have been here with you on the web for over 8 years now, and were one of the first retailers of Christmas Lights on the internet. But don't let our size fool you. We are pretty competitive, and though are prices aren't always the lowest, we still deliver the service and make you feel important, because you are.
We all chip in . . .
Everyone in the family participates in the business in one way or another, whether it is packing boxes, helping with inventory or coming up with new content for our site. My little helpers consist of Josiah (10), Elijah (8), Noah (4) and Joshua (2). They encourage me to remain child-like at heart. My wife Heather keeps me going by letting me remain the child that I was when I first experienced Christmas magic.
Customers are #1 Our customers are important to us, and though we are small, we will strive to please you, even if it means sending you to our competitor so that you may find what we may not have. So if you are looking for something Christmas-ish, and are having trouble finding it on the web, send me an email and I'll see if I can help you find it.
Free Stuff
We offer content, such as Christmas recipes, decorating ideas and music and movie suggestions, because we want to offer you something that you do not need to pay for. Free things are cool, and if it helps you make magic, then we have succeeded.
My Soapbox
Holidays hold meaning for most people, so I will briefly use this soapbox to promote a bit of peace for this world, which I am passionate about. Although life can get pretty complicated sometimes, these words can make it all simple again, because if you look at things the right way, peace is only a thought away.
"Every child must be made aware, every child must be made to care. Care enough for his fellow man, to give all the love that he can. I pray my wish will come true, for my child and your child too. He'll see the day of glory. See the day when men of good will live in peace, live in peace again . . . Peace on Earth, can it be? Can it be?” David Bowie, Bing Crosby.
It is impossible to achieve peace with a gun in hand, but in our hopes that we can become the peace-loving people we claim that we are, we may set an example of compassion for the world and not be known and feared for our might, but loved and respected for our courage to be good. J.G.
If Christmas is what you need to bring compassion into your life, then keep Christmas in your heart.
